One of the most important steps to improving your memory is to exercise your brain. Since you can’t take your brain to the gym and have it do some cardio or bench press reps, your going to have to increase its strength in other ways. A good way to do so is to consistently work on brain teasers.

Brain teasers can include any kind of riddle, puzzle or difficult questions that will cause you to actually think. The good thing is, you can find places online to do this for free!

I’ve made this list for people that don’t want to sit and stair at the computer everyday just to increase their brain power. You’ll find a list of free brain teasers, with answers for brain teasers to go with them. All of these are printable brain teasers so you can take them with you and work out your brain whenver you please.
